This is a short awareness and orientation program for the vaccination team engaged in COVID-19 vaccination to make them aware about protocols of WHO, MoHFW and other research agencies on vaccine management and administration so as to minimise AEFI
This is a five-hour video based orientation and awareness program designed to provide:
* Clear understanding of protocols and guidelines as prescribed by the WHO, MoHFW and other research agencies
The program contents are:
- Module 1 – Coronaviruses and COVID-19 Vaccines – an Overview
- Module 2 – Management of COVID-19 Vaccines
- Module 3 – Preparation and Administration of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Module 4 – Managing Adverse Event Following Immunisation (AEFI) post COVID-19 Vaccination
- Module 5 – Documentation Process of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Module 6 – Communication and Advocacy with Community about the COVID-19 Vaccine
- Module 7 – Frequently Asked Questions with respect to the COVID-19 Vaccine
Upon successful completion of the course, a participation certification will be awarded by AHPI
