To transform her life, she trained under PMKVY - Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna from a Skill Council for Persons with Disability affiliated Training Center and now works with Vishal Mega Mart as Retail Sales Associate. DGT organised an apprenticeship mela today across all NSTIs across India, for hiring of apprentices in various trades. Apprenticeship scheme enables youth in acquiring best of skills through on the job training & earning as they learn.
The ongoing faculty development program at NSTI-AHI Bangalore, for trainers supporting the 2 Year Advanced Diploma in IT, networking & cloud computing , co-created and designed by DGT-IBM. This year 40 institutes (ITIs &NSTIs) will be imparting this course to about 800 students.
