Semester – I
- (i) Develop personality and maintain team work as well as organizational hierarchy
- (ii) Perform the activities of front desk, bell desk, telephones and business communication
- (iii) Ensure the functioning of various records, tariff cards, room position and locking system
- (iv) Handling techniques of computer and acquire knowledge of Windows operating system
- (v) Create and save a document file in word processing application
- (vi) Create an Excel worksheets compiling with data and charts presenting in a Power Point application
- (vii) Input and manage data in MSaccess interface
- (viii) Ensure the concept of internet services, collect information and communicate through e-mail
- (ix) Prepare up-to-date records of occupancy
- (x) Keep personalized records and ensure services for identified guests
- (xi) Compute guest registration process and maintain property management system
Semester – II
- (xii) Express services through interpersonal communication skill
- (xiii) Provide bell boy as needed by a guest and monitor CCTV
- (xiv) Use up-selling and suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel
- (xv) Follow the post departure activities
- (xvi) Performs cashiering tasks like bill / invoice settlement
- (xvii) Maintain positive attitude for dealing with various guest conflict
- (xviii) Prepare & analyse data of occupancy with briefing and debriefing checklist
- (xix) Prepare Room Packages and Guest Feed backs
- (xx) Revision, Project work and Examination
