To meet the fast-changing demands of the Indian job market, it is essential to map the outcomes of skill trainings and consistently formulate strategies that can meet the learning needs of tomorrow. One important aspect of skill development is the participation of women. Through its CSR models, NSDC invites industry partners to map the impact of digital learning in relation to women candidates and facilitate research to encourage female participation in the workforce by enhancing their skillsets.
