Through the ‘Skill Samvaad’ series, NSDC is initiating on-ground skill development programs starting from Bharuch and will collaborate with the local industry to understand and bridge the skill gap. Our collaboration with the local industry in Bharuch will help assess the demand for skilled professionals.

NSDC partnered with Dr Reddy's Foundation for a pilot skill-deployment training program that provides solutions for increasing women employability, targeting the age group of 35-45.
