Basic Mandarin-Course 1: Mandarin for Beginners (Chinese) By Dr. Deepanwita Srivastava

This course is aimed at imparting basic skills in Mandarin Chinese language to the learner. The course focuses on gradual inculcation of speaking, writing and reading ability in the language. It has sections on sounds, pronunciation, tones and the basic grammar. It aims at enabling the beginners to comprehend and communicate in basic Mandarin. It not only enables the learner to speak and communicate in Chinese, but also teaches Chinese characters following the rules of stroke and stroke order.
