This course will help the learners understand the functioning and responsibilities of the Front Office Department and help them function as an effective interface between the customers and other departments of the organisation.
The learners will be able to outline front office responsibilities, focusing on communications, guests’ services, guest relations, security functions and explain the types and elements of foodservice operations.
