There are many apprehensions with regard to Digital Learning:

• The online format is more informal as no one can “see” me
• Constant technology glitches may make online learning ineffective.
• The online format is less interactive as group dynamics don’t work
• The online format is good for knowledge delivery and might not deliver output and outcomes

What are the steps that we should take to extract the most from the digital learning format? One of the things that we all struggle with is retaining our learning. Now that we are in the digital environment, the struggle is even greater. What are your inputs? How do we improve upon this?
