This course is divided into 3 parts - "Watch, Learn, Do". The "Watch" section of this course starts as a film featuring candidates going through varied interviews. The "Learn" section comprises analysis of interviews from multiple viewpoints - the company or interviewer perspective, the candidate perspective, frequently asked interview questions and a candidate's action plan. The "Do" section is completely personal - after having "watched" and "learnt" the different interview concepts and behaviours by seeing other candidate videos, in this section you work out your own action plan along with practice video interviews of yourself.
The course comprises a unique learning methodology which combines online videos, analysis, quizzes, developing and tracking a personal development plan, practice interviews and exposure to sample role based interviews.
